Do not trust this rental company from any location. They gouge and their employees even admit it. The quoted one price and when I returned the car one day later, the bill more than doubled and they just charge you card. Now you must open a dispute with the Credit Card company.
WILL NEVER RENT HERE AGAIN!! Worst customer service experience possible. A family emergency made far worse by complete lack of human empathy. There are policies in place in case of late return. NO ONE knew the policies let alone how to handle the situation. I was threatened with "I can see where you are". It was "imperative" that we return the van when I had already told each representative I was still 6 hours away on I-81. IMPOSSIBLE to return day of contract.
