If I could give them no stars I would! Denise N***** and Julie are unbelievably rude. When you tell them that they are being rude, the hang up the phone in your face. I paid off my loan with them and asked that they remove it from my credit report because even tho it says paid and closed, it’s still hurting my credit. They are shady and they double dip on their taxes and what I mean by that is the report to the credit bureau that they zeroed out the amount you owe so they don’t have to pay taxes on the amount but when they get what you settle for they don’t report it on their taxes.
Total ripoff they forged my signature on contracts made me take cdl over because they didn't honor Nebraska cdl then made me get a Nebraska cdl again because I lived there fired me because I told a rep that they were trying to rip me off and keep me away from home No one can seem to figure out why I was discharged enough that I was granted unemployment w extension keeps trying to rehire me then when I call about harassment and fraudulent account balance for tuition that the government pays they transfer me to the dial tone l... read more
Received a email the other day claiming that i was no longer with CR England anymore and that i owe them 5 grand for schooling. i found that extremely funny seeing i am a active driver who is on a truck as this is composed. C.R.E needs to get their facts right before they have a problem on their hands. when i contacted the woman from the email she was very nice and i told her i just came back from home time so their may have been some problem on C.R.E side. not a surprise their tho. This company is basically connected to CR England. That should be a warning right off the bat. This company continues threatening me for payment on something I do not owe them. I already have an attorney to deal with this company as well as CR England.
