I hired Thomas Eagan for a traffic offense and he failed to adequately help me. Thomas Eagan claimed he had my ticket reduced to a lower charge, but it still carried the same amount of license / insurance points. Not to mention he charged me a hefty sum for doing absolutely nothing. His people skills are horrible and his language is appalling for an attorney of law. A lesson learned for me.

My experience with this law firm handling my dad's estate was poor. The legal assistant was always helpful and never had a issue with any questions I might of had. The lawyer on the other hand was a different story. Although she did explain things there were times when she would be rude and sarcastic. From my understanding a lawyer works for the client. The client should not be made to feel like they are working for the lawyer. I would never use this law firm again.
