EAC is in an incompetent organization. They have been mismanaging my mother‘s money for two years. They have transferred money to other clients and I’ve ordered items for her that we have not received with no resolution or accountability. They do not answer phone calls or emails. This is a totally incompetent, seemingly corrupt, organization. I was caring for someone who was under their guardianship at my assisted living facility. Under the pretense that we would be compensated for services rendered, we permitted the resident to reside with us without prompt payment. The resident in question has since relocated and the EAC guardian, Janet Mulvey, assured me we would be compensated.
