I can't say much about Ms Elga herself but her staff is non-responsive and not attentive. I have called 3 times to ask whether the law firm can handle an amendment to the will and while initially the call with the front desk was cordial, she has promised to get back to me as Elga was at a conference. She never did. I followed up a week later of which she said Elga is extremely busy and there is a backlog of which I said I am willing to wait.
