I use a different middle initial with each online purchase that I make (which is rare.) THAT is how I know that e4Hats either leaked my info sold it, or had some internal security issue. Cost me hours of stress to undo the damage to my credit. I have never regretted a purchase more than the one I made with this company. BEWARE!

Change your hours to CLOSED. You do not operate within any hours you have posted, and as I can see by other reviewers, everyone else was duped by your posted hours.
Website shows retail store is open. Drove to the store but the sign on the door says to place an order online. I wanted to try on different style hats and see what size fits best. Guess Amazon will be my dressing room since they allow free returns from this company.
Went to the store and found out that they only do online orders. Webpage says open but that’s a lie!
