I used Meghan Tuchenor from E3 for my tax preparation for '21 and '22. After multiple reminders my '22 taxes are still left untouched and I was informed (August '23) that she's just not going to be able to find the time to do it for me anymore. This has put enormous stress on my new business as I've had difficulty budgeting for new expenses with my taxes in limbo. Wildly unprofessional and entitled individual. Run the other direction if you intend to work with this person.
I hired them a few years ago. They kept passing me from one new employee to another as they could not keep staff stable. The confused new person didn't know what the last person did. They didn't get my 2020 retirement fund organized in time, so I missed out on that. I should've pulled out back in early 2020 when they made an $8,000 mistake on my taxes that we found.
