I am so happy Tina has this Cryo business. Angel and Sonya are great. Angel is extremely knowledgeable of the services and always pleasant. Sonya is very kind and helpful. These ladies make a great team!
Sonia gave me a great tour and explained the different services and options of membership. I started with a one week membership and I’ve now changed to a monthly membership. The staff have been very helpful. After three weeks I’m already seeing an improvement in my shoulder and the inflammation I’ve been dealing with.
I absolutely love this cryo wellness center! I started coming here for Brain Tap sessions, and it has been remarkable. The first time I tried it, I felt my mind slow down in the best way…like someone finally turned down the noise. The Brain Tap has become one of my favorite tools for calming anxiety, grounding myself, and getting mentally centered. E3 Staff is awesome and take great care of their customers. I love bringing my kids here for compression while I get a facial!
The owner is amazing. Tina agreed to let Valley Connection attendees hold their Mastermind meetings at E3 Cryo & Wellness. They offer many services, one of which is brain tapping. Highly recommended.
