These guys are great to work with and are very responsive. Don't let the low advertised price fool you. This team is Qualified Intermediary professionals. I have been doing 1031 exchanges with them over the past few years and have had no issues at all. This is a professional team that easily handled my 1031 exchange. This was my first 1031 exchange and I sought multiple quotes for intermediaries. Some of the quotes were literally 10x more! I thought, good gravy, how hard can it be? It turns out that it is quite a complex process, but these guys are experts. They do this sooo much that they make it seem routine. Go with e1031xchange and don't worry. It's handled. I'm using them again on a 2nd property in a month or two.

I have completed two 1031 exchanges through e1031xchange. Both times, the transactions were completed without issue. I was most impressed by the security protocols in place, which ensure that I was transferring money to the right person. Also, you cannot beat the price for such an efficient and through service.
