I got a washer and dryer set, they said it would be delivered that Friday but it didn't come till next Sunday, which wasn't really the issue.... The issue is when they brought it, the gentleman installing it didn't even hook a hose to the washer which flooded my kitchen! He didnt even say anything about it, the dryer didnt get the vent hose attached which was already in front of him, then he proceeded to replace the three prong cable with another 3 prong cable....
