Booked a car weeks in advance but when I showed up they said sorry we don't have any cars available. Worst experience ever. Stay away from this unreliable company!
Was asked if we would be traveling, and were recommended a Sunpass to avoid tolls on most highways. When I called to ask about a refund (due to the fact that we crossed one $6 bridge the entire week we were here - but we're charged $90 for the week pass) they said no refunds of any kind are possible. Management Saud employees are instructed to ask visitors if they will we traveling to Sanibel/Captiva or Cape Coral. Had they asked me this, I would not have purchased the surpass, knowing we planned to go only one day.

Yemone was the greatest help! I had to extend my trip and they were very accommodating. I would recommend using this car rental service to anyone. Any time I go back to FL I will be using this service. Thank you for all of your help, Yemone!
