The car was excellent and the staff was professional. However, I was running later than I expected to get to my flight due to weather issues and so I didn't get to fill up the car. I've had this happen before and the rate for gas with Alamo, etc., is a few dollars more than filling it up myself. The rate at E-Z was nearly $10 per gallon. best prices and service by courteous staff both times we have rented from this company!
Long waits and bad service. Even if you save a few bucks, better go with Alamo or the others! I did and I was really glad. I will never use Ez Rent a car again!
Simple, and easy transaction. Car was clean and in good condition. Staff was well trained and reasonable. I'll be doing business with them again!
