NEVER AGAIN EZ. Nobody present a car return as promised 4 am, 5:45 flt, when I did get a person on phone res line they said its "my problem", I had handed rental agent my iten. I am 100% disabled, many spinal fusions. I had to walk with bags 1 mile toward departure gate in dark, no sidewalks, rough potholes in road, cars had to avoid me in dark clothes in lane, they still don't care. Thank you Hertz driver for picking me up 1/2 way and driving off route. I tipped graciously, I really appreciate it. Never again.
Hey I had the worst experience this morning in North Carolina when we went to drop the car off at 4 in the morning there was no place to drop it the gates were chained up, so we had to leave the car outside and walk through the highway for 1/2 an hour to the airport bcuz no one would stop to give us a ride, it was awful and scary ,every other facility was open except ez car rental, I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN
