they over charged me. couldnt get a supervisor to call me back, I called back 3 times. i highly suggest Not Renting a car from these guys. I was promised same rate for both days, and they way over charged me for the second day like 60-65 dollars. Not Happy,
This rental car company is awful! In every sense of the word. TERRIBLE customer service, they actually mock you! It was literally the worst customer service experience I’ve experienced in my life. Plus when you check in they only have one person working the desk, going so slow. They give a car that doesn’t match your request, and the car has all sorts of damage. Worst car rental company I’ve ever dealt with. This lady named Ekram is the rudest person ever. If you like dealing with rude people, visit Ekram at their SeaTac booth. She shouldn’t be in customer service. She’s there to give you an attitude and rip you off $$$$.
This was absolute shit service. Compared with extortion. NEVER AGAIN will I deal with these con artists. And you should steer clear too. Consider yourselves warned.
Had a rough two weeks in Bellingham, getting things done. Happily, the rental car wasn't one of my issues. Drove great, helpful staff made things much easier for me. Really appreciated it, even went above & beyond when I left my tablet in the rental. Got it back, & got it home safely. Highly recommended.
Had a reservation in Seattle. I went to pick up my car and the guy told me he was out of cars. How can you be out of cars if I have a RESERVATION?????? The guy was rude and not very sympathetic.
