On hold waiting for underwriting decisions and the agent decided to take me off hold and say “I’m tired I need a break” and hung up on me. I had already been on the phone for 40 minutes called back no one would help me waited over 20 minutes and still didn’t get any help other than they can see I was approved for something but the person who hung up on me is the only one who can finish the process and she is on her break. They refused to connect me to a supervisor and hung up on me again.
