The employees went above and beyond to make sure my taxes were filed accurately and timely. Any request or question I had was taken care of immediately. The staff is very knowledgeable and up to day on all information and tax laws. I refer all my friends and family, will definitely return every year!
Many clients that use this service get letters from this organization claiming that their child's social security number was stolen, when you call the organization they refuse to discuss what actually happened that prompted the letter. They are not registered with the better business bureau, and seem to be phishing New American communities
