Soooo I have been using EZ files for years and up til now I have had no issues they have been great. I have sent so many family members there to over the years. But, this year has not been the best look for them in my eyes. They have filed my joint taxes with my husband and I haven't been able to get in touch with them but one times since April. It is now November. The one time I spoke with them they said they had my small but none the less check there and plus I still needed to sign the docs and pay them for their services ... read more
This company has Always done a Professional job for me! In the past they have done my corporate taxes and now that I am retired they do my personal. I would recommend them to anybody!

SCAM ARTISTS! She took my hard earned money to file my taxes and they were never filed. Now I owe the IRS even more than I previously did. And I can’t get in touch with Frida or her team to get to the bottom of this.
My boyfriend payed her to file his taxes and she NEVER FILED THEM!!! The IRS sent him a letter saying he owed money that he had paid while filing via cashier check. Turns out they never received them. We can’t get in touch with her and when we showed up they were closed. Do not trust this woman ( Frida) with anything important.
