We dropped our Penske truck off here. Everything was very professional, we had no trouble. The staff was also nice enough to help us find overnight truck parking in Pasadena, which can be a terrible pain.
If there is no/zero star to rate this place i would have picked that, we have rented a 2014 mustang convertible from this place, and we were heading north on 5 freeway, a very loud noise came out of tire , and once we parked we figured that tire rubber is gone, we had to stop on 4 freeway pass santa clarita , and we called Ez car rental for rescue, and guess what , owner Roger calls back yelling that we missed up his car and ask us to bring car back , I will make sure to report this business on small business small business ... read more
My family and I have been dealing with Roger (the owner) for some time now -- on several vehicle purchases, repairs and rentals. I can't say good enough things about the honesty, integrity and satisfaction we get from each and every transaction with him and his crew at E-Z Car Center. They definitely go the extra mile to earn/keep your business. I wish more businesses ran like this one.
Small place. Terrible service attitude. Poor car choices.
