Bad communication and poor customer services
They are a pawn shop. They will value an item discretely and give an offer that is of course lower than expected, but that is due to haggling and working the deal. Every time I have taken something to them to sell or pawn they start low, I start high… but in the end I have always been satisfied with the final price and I don’t have to waste time and money going to Point or a larger community to haggle for an additional $5 .
