I just have to say what a wonderful experience I had at E.W. James & Sons thanks to a young man named Bretleer. He was so kind and patient with me, helped me find everything on my list, and even offered to carry a few things when he saw my cart getting full. You don’t find that kind of helpfulness much these days! Bretleer had such a nice attitude the whole time — polite, cheerful, and genuinely happy to help.
