I've had the Switch 3 on my Surly Long Haul Trucker for a couple years now and I'm very impressed. I have a large frame so it was tricky finding a good spot for the control unit which couldn't reach the bottom bracket and allow enough slack to put the battery in my trunk bag. Placing it in an unused bottle cage has worked great. I do recommend adding the wired throttle, should your LCD wireless unit run out of battery. I purchased the Switch2 recently and am absolutely glad I did! This is my first e-bike conversion kit and the install was straightforward, taking less than an hour including watching the easy to follow tutorial. I’ve had it a couple weeks now. I take it around the neighborhood for 20 mile or so rides on flat pavement at 30% pedal assist which only drain the battery down to around 70% each. Over 3000 miles on the odometer. Daily driver for a year and a half. Used to haul groceries, steel, tools, gas cylinders, and of course my fat ass. Fantastic product. Has always got me everywhere I needed to go. Has paid for itself many times over. Highly recommend this conversion kit.

The Switch Two is easy to install and handles my trike’s weight well. It’s been a game changer for my daily commute, especially on tough days with joint pain. The water bottle battery is convenient and portable, though a sturdier mount would be nice. Overall, highly recommended!

I purchased an eswitchy front wheel and it failed on the first ride due to a manufacturer defect. Eswitchy claims that they are sending me another wheel but it’s been almost 2 months and still no wheel. I want a refund but they claim that they cannot give me one. This company is a scam!! Do not trust them!!
