Not a place to have your taxes done properly. Not only do they give you the rush act but they do not know the tax laws in and out. Receiving a letter from the IRS and Slott's office won't cover their mistake...SHAME ON YOU ED! TRAIN YOUR STAFF AND BE ETHICAL IN FIXING AND PAYING FOR YOUR ERRORS LIKE YOU SAY YOU WILL!
A terrible way to do business is to leave your customers hanging on a limb. That is how this office runs. I was left with high fees that they gladly billed me for and was paid. Then the IRS came after me because the firm I hired messed up. Do you think E. Slott or his Accountant's took responsibility or were by my side...NO WAY!!
Stay away! They are a hole in the wall in Rockville Centre. Ed puts out books but his staff has no clue infact they provided WRONG IRA advice! They have caused me penalities which they don't even take responsibility for! Shame on you Ed and your lousy staff.
