I would give 10 stars if I could! Thees guys are amazing! I had some issues with 3.0 I bought second, missing parts, wrong controller, etc. I reached out and got in touch with Justin and he completely took care of me! They invited me to the shop where I was able to purchase all correct parts and controller I need to make my 3.0 right and they hooked me up on the price! Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced. Justin and Vinny and the whole crew there are AWESOME! Thank you so much!!!
Jim from e ride is amazing. He helped me out with some issues I had from my bike after I crashed and was very helpful 24/7 for example last night at 1 am I had a question and he answered within 10 minutes.
If you notice the only good reviews they have are from people who had just got there eride and were so happy they instantly posted a review. The only bad ones they have all revolve around the same issue. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ACOUNTABILITY. Good, fun bikes, but horrible customer service. When it's comes to anything about the bike though, they do usually get it handled, I will say. The mechanic is awesome, Justin not so much
I would give eride pro 10 stars if I could. The customer service is great and shoutout Justin from Eride Pro for helping me out even after hours. I’ve owned 2 eride pro’s and I have almost 10,000 miles on one of them and 0 problems. Highly recommend!
