Totally beyond my expectations. The hardware build is full pro, like German engineering quality. Incredible value for what these bikes cost. Epic. I bought 2 more after I got the first one! Also service was exceptional, especially working with Veni. I had an issue with my charger he was spot on top quality customer service. You guys are crushing it!
Purchased a SS 3.0 for my son today. It needed a firmware update. I texted my dealership, And they gave me a number to text. Within 5 minutes, Veni, replied back and got my son’s bike totally updated. Thanks for the great customer service, ERP!

I bought my ss 2.0 at the end of 2024, it’s been awesome! But getting parts shipped takes forever and takes contacting you multiple times to get you act on my order. Trying to get a brake line for mine, ordered it weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped. I called you guys, you said oh I’ll pack that up now and send it out. Then I saw the shipping label was created a day later, now it’s been another week and USPS is still waiting to receive the package. Bought a $5000 e-bike (SS pro 3.0) and asked them to charge it and check it before I got dropped off to pick it up. They didn’t. It had a flat tire and it wasn’t just low the tube was popped.. had to pump it up 2 times on the way home. Purchase was easy and quick but they did not check the bike at all it was sitting in the floor room untouched. Didn’t even know if it had a charge.
