I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent purchase of the SS 3.0, which I received over a month ago. Upon arrival, I discovered several issues: * The bike had noticeable scratches that appeared to have been poorly covered with a Sharpie marker. * A bolt was missing from the throttle housing, in addition to other scratches visible in the attached picture. I came here to test out the Pro S 17” and I had fun in the parking lot lol. Btw I purchased The Eride pro S 17” in Elk Grove
10 out of 10 customer service. Justin is the man I can definitely say if I ever need anything in the future these guys will make sure it happens. This is why I picked E Ride Pro not only is the bike overall better then most if not all bikes but their custom service is a solid 10/10.
