Bought a $5000 e-bike (SS pro 3.0) and asked them to charge it and check it before I got dropped off to pick it up. They didn’t. It had a flat tire and it wasn’t just low the tube was popped.. had to pump it up 2 times on the way home. Purchase was easy and quick but they did not check the bike at all it was sitting in the floor room untouched. Didn’t even know if it had a charge. Does not stand behind their 1 year warranty at all.
I had a small issue with an order where the product image made it look like a USB interface was included with the ignition cover. I reached out to E Ride Pro support to clarify, and even though it wasn’t normally included, their team went out of their way to help resolve the situation. They were professional, responsive, and made sure I was taken care of. It’s great to see a company that stands behind their customers and is willing to work with you to make things right.
