Amazing personalized customer service! Veni was great! We were struggling finding the correct new harness for our eride pro 3.0 as it has the older model harness. Veni had me send him over photos and knew exactly what I needed. He hand inspected my harness as it was packaged and sent to me, and even sent an installation video! I was really feeling defeated with a 6k bike that I couldn’t get back running, but they really did help get our bike back up and riding. Thank you Eride team!
I purchased a 3.0 at a local dealer. Two months later the bike's computer thinks it is on fire and has entirely turned off. The worst part is Eride shipped 1,000s of these bikes out knowing they had faulty engine heat sensors. Do not buy one of these unless you like the risk of being stranded 20 miles into the woods due to your app.
I have an eride 3.0 and I couldn't figure out how to get my bike to go into reverse as I would get and error code. I reached out to Veni and he patiently helped me and resolved the issue and my bike works great! If you ever need anything, Veni should be considered.
Totally beyond my expectations. The hardware build is full pro, like German engineering quality. Incredible value for what these bikes cost. Epic. I bought 2 more after I got the first one! Also service was exceptional, especially working with Veni. I had an issue with my charger he was spot on top quality customer service. You guys are crushing it!
Purchased a SS 3.0 for my son today. It needed a firmware update. I texted my dealership, And they gave me a number to text. Within 5 minutes, Veni, replied back and got my son’s bike totally updated. Thanks for the great customer service, ERP!
