Contacted for a basic tune-up and they refused my business because the bike was not purchased at their store. Wouldn't recommend as they were quite rude. Your reply deeming my bike a 'sub-par fire Hazzard' is interesting given that you did not ask for the make/model of the bike and the fact that you asked no questions of me but are able to make such grand determinations about my bike makes me want to ask where you are hiding your crystal ball that helps you be able to make such ridiculous assumptions?
