Seldom in my experience does an owner like Matt take the time to go over things carefully to fully understand what you want to have done. Matt was personable friendly and engaging. He shared my obvious enthusiasm for e-bikes. I will use Matt for all my ebike repairs and service and look forward to buying a Taubik from him in the future.
