E&R Trucking. Tonight one of your drivers nearly killed us. He blew a stop sign coming off Highway 58 onto Pozo Road in Santa Margarita while on his phone with a full load on his truck. He was doing about 55 MPH and almost T-boned us. I have the entire incident on my dash cam along with clear photos of him using his phone behind the wheel. The careless guy driving this truck this morning almost pinned me into the center divider on Clinton and 99 in Fresno after he TOOK A RED LIGHT! He clearly saw me and didn’t care trying to intimidate me into stopping in the middle of the avenue for him. I had to slam on my breaks, he then proceeded to flip me off when I rolled down my window and asked him what was wrong with him at the next red light.
