bought my own water pump, they sent 2 guys to do a job that normally takes 1 person. quoted the job under 300. sent a bill for 380. left in the middle of the job to do another job without saying a word. hours later, I call them to ask if they're coming back. he said, "yeah, had to go do another job, be back soon". I could hear them down cellar, and 1 was on the phone quite awhile before they left the first time. I contacted the owner about this...he was rude! Steer away is all I'm going to say!
