The lady that helped me was very nice.I only waited 2 mins.
I'm trying to renew my tag but apparently I have unpaid tolls and no invoice number. so I'm trying to contact them but they make it so difficult to reach them. When I finally did the guy hung up on me.
My customer service rep, Oslyn was very helpful and great. This location is not as convenient to me as the old location in Orlando/Ocoee, but the facility was very nice and I like how they check you in and your name is posted on a board just like a DMV. When your name is called on the board, it tells you which window to go to and it was very easy.
Easy to get to. Great service
