This morning I came to open an account in E-PASS office and everything was very fast and the attention very effective.
They are TERRIBLE about letting you know if your epass is out of funds or status and will let you rack up $100+ so they can keep profiting off you instead of investing back into our communities. Disgusting business ethics
Over charging for over a month said no credit card on file my wife put it there and they took money yet still charged by tag what are we doing here let's get real times are tough
Oslyn and Yany were amazing! They came out to assess my car and made sure I got the perfect transponder that would read properly. They also helped me avoid being charged twice. Excellent service and very friendly!
