Believe in helping you with whatever problem. There is as far as paying your bill getting an e. Pass getting all kind of things that will help you with organizing your drive and your commute. By all means, visit them, they have the best people that you would ever wanna meet. The nicest receptionist z. People behind the booth are really good at their jobs
I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with E-Pass. I was never properly notified about toll violations and ended up being charged over $250 for a year’s worth of tolls that I had unknowingly been paying through SunPass instead. I’m extremely disappointed with E-Pass and their customer service. I had vehicles on my account that I no longer own, so I used the app to disable them. What I didn’t realize—because it’s not clearly explained, is that disabling a vehicle does not stop toll charges from being applied. I had $30 in my account, and the next time I checked, I was in the negative. I called customer service, and the representative told me disabling a car still allows charges, which makes no sense. The place was very hard to find because it is located beneath a high way. The GPS gets confused because when pass on the top of the office, the GPS will say you have reached your destination. It was really confusing, the office is very clean and helpful employees.
Customer service has always been kind and helpful but im incredibly irate. I have a Sunpass and figured that covered all of florida but apparently when it came to renewing a registration etc... and I couldn't it was because of EPass tolls and I paid a ton more at once. Why can't we just have 1 toll system/company. Now I have to keep 2 transponders on my windshield. Just another excuse to take our money.
