Poor service, made excuses about warranty claim even though the scooters were both only months old so they didn't have to fix it. Then paid to fix them and got charged an extra $110 more then the $405, which was nearly the price of it new. Manager blamed the new worker and did noting but again made excuses. Very poor customer experience and will never be using again.
Great service from Dan.. responsive and thorough. Not easy buying a bike from across the country but the team at Emove were really helpful. Many thanks Liz
