The team at E-move were amazing! Ane has great knowledge of their products and was able to assist me with all questions regarding the bike of my choice and accessories. Once I had made my choice (11am on a Saturday) the team quickly added accessories to the bike and had it ready to pick up 1.5 hours later. I will continue to choose E-move in the future

We're a couple of over-60's with no ebike experience and had lots of questions. We bought one just for navigating steep hills in the Noosa Hill area for groceries etc but found it so much fun that we came back 4 days later so we could have one each. Finding the perfect bike for my wife was trickier (she was understandably nervous having not ridden a bike for over 5 years) but we did it with great advice from Ane and Raphael.
