I went to Alexander Headland shop today, and despite being quite busy, the staff provided fantastic service. They were knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and made the experience smooth. I ended up purchasing an E-bike Fatboyβabsolutely the best! Iβm very happy with my purchase and highly recommend them.Β
Scammers- My scooter was only fixed for four days and it broke already and i got it fixed again and it broke that day and i got it fixed one last time and it broke a week later i dont use the scooter much and i only got 25 km/hrΒ
Been dealing with this company for a few years now. Brought my second E scooter today, no hassels. Staff happy to explain maintenance and set up.. 5 π I would recommend from my experience. The shop is always got people in it. My advice, be patient their only human not robots..Luv it !Β
