If you want to be intimidated for expressing your opinion and threatened with legal action for an honest review then by all means shop here. So disappointed with the level of customer service. Rather than threatening legal action why not address the issues causing the bad reviews people do have the right to express their concerns around your practises and transparency with charges. Your automated response to this review is also not required as we are well past being able to address my concerns.Β
Today we purchased a DIRODI rover + from Shaun he was very very helpful showed us the ins and outs of everything and even helped load the bike, we left very happy with our purchase and we very highly recommend Shaun.Β
