I was first introduced to Marty about 5 years ago via an internet search. After an hour on the phone with him I truly admired his honesty and professionalism. I cannot say enough about is assistant Joann Cleary...she listened to my issue with my state tax refund, after moving to Fla. She knew something wasnt right. She soon followed up with an email, telling me to try a group, who stood up for tax payers. I GOT MY REFUND A DAY LATER, after this group and her assistance helped. The state made a BIG MISTAKE...thank you Joann for your caring and Mr. Davidoff, she is a real asset to your office! Id highly recommend this office! Thank you again!
The IRS was making conflicting and unfair demands before I retained Marty. He rapidly determined a plan of action that accounted for my rights and immediately stepped in with them. Besides being very effective in protecting his client's interest, he doesn't waste any time digging into areas that simply won't be relevant.
