I bought a pack of mochi from Emart and it was moldy inside — really disgusting. When I went back for a refund, I had to wait forever, and even though they said they’d refund the full amount including tax, the refund was still 10 cents less than what I paid. Very disappointing experience — poor product quality and unprofessional service.
