Worst lady sitting on the customer service, don’t know how to deal with the people losing Customer just because of her personal satisfaction zero communication about the billing. I would not like to recommend this place to anybody better than try. Another one Atlantic equipment is the best option. Until the deal like this with the customer.
Worst customer services. The ladies on the phone are so rude and snappy with their answers for no reason. No only that but they all have no idea of what’s going on with an issue. There no clear communication I called over the last 2 weeks no one knows anything about anything
I Don’t Recommend, too much Charge for simple Repair. Work for 3 Hrs but they Charge us 5 hrs.
We were very disappointed in our recent experience with EMR in Downtown Moncton. From taking 2 weeks to arrive after placing the service call, to the extremely unprofessional and rude service over the phone on several occasions. Will be taking our business elsewhere next time.
Called on May 31st to look at our cooler, came down to diagnose. during the diagnostic, I could tell that the guy was very new to this job. He was on the phone with someone asking how he can get to the radiator and took 2hrs. Did not tell me what was wrong, and that EMR will reach out with a quote if I wanted it fixed.
