Worst purchase ever bought an E-lux Malibu GT expensive junk that keeps breaking poor quality parts neither the hub motor or the battery have lasted buy a better brand
I've had my Malibu GT for about 2.5 years now. It's the main bike ride, I have other bikes (Wired and Pedego) but this one is my daily driver. The E-Lux has been reliable and trouble free. It fits me well, I'm 6'2, 270 lbs. and has plenty of power. The battery has held up well and haven't had to do anything to the bike besides tires and brake pads. I would highly recommend this brand to anybody.
Bought two Elux Monacos in 2019. We loved the bikes but unfortunately our movers lost both chargers. I’ve been trying to get a replacement from Elux or one recommended that I can charge purchase to substitute for theirs. I’ve been trying for weeks and still no viable charger recommended or offered for purchase. Very dissatisfied as I have two expensive dust collector bikes in my garage with beautiful Spring days in SC.
We are an ebike service provider in Huntington Beach off Newland and Hamilton, it is sad to see such a big store close. We see this brand often in our shop and we hope to support this brand the best we can.
