Michele was very helpful, and accommodating. She went out of her way to complete my legal work as there was an urgency. The day of the signing we did not know till an hour before whether we would could come to her office or had to do it in the Hospital - she was so flexible and reassuring. Also went out of her way to obtain some documents that I was unable to locate.
Michele and her knowledgeable staff helped us through a very difficult and trying time. She KNEW exactly what we had to do to get the results we wanted on the very first visit. She was very professional, went into all details of the elder law as it applied to our situation. She answered all our questions and concerns while being quick to respond to emails.
