My wife and I funded a joint trust before retiring in 2007. I amended this trust in 2019 with E-Law after my wife passed. After 7 years, I have found that this trust needed to be changed again. Michele answered my questions and 3 drafts were sent to me before the last amendment was signed. As a CPA (Inactive) in my 80's. I now feel that my estate is in good order and that the successor trustee will be able to distribute the trust and know where to seek help if needed. I recommend using E-Law for estate needs.
