I had a terrible experience with this company's shipping department. After purchasing my items, I was charged around $100 for shipping and handling. Despite numerous phone calls and emails requesting clarification on the charges, no one responded. Instead of addressing my concerns, the company repeatedly sent emails threatening to dispose of my paid-for items if I did not pay the shipping costs.
