I had taken my truck to another shop that quoted me an extremely high price. I took it to EJ's instead and was offered a quote for less than 1/3 of the other shop's price. EJ's repaired my truck really fast and identified other issues that should be fixed down the road, and they gave me a referral for another shop for work they don't do at this shop. They are a very fair and honest business, and a great asset to the Lansing community. Call EJ's before you think of taking your vehicle anywhere else! Highly recommended!
This is one place I will never stop going to for my car problems! They are the most honest caring hardworking people I've ever met! They've always treated me fair always great prices! This will ALWAYS be my go to mechanic!!!!!! Thank you all soo much for making me feel safe again in my vehical!!!!
Very good
The price is one of the best around. However, they took 3 hours on a job they told me would take 1. I had an appointment to get my steering aligned and 2 tires put on. They had to replace a tie rod. They told me it would take an hour. It took three. They quoted me $117 on the phone. I get there and they say $177. She didn't take the part into cost and then acted as if it was my fault. I paid $117. Overall, just okay. Probably won't go back again. There was also a mouse dying in front of the heater when I got there.
Very nice people and really good work. Highly recommend. Any suspension and brake work you need done. They can do.
