I would hesitate to purchase from them. We were also sold a used item labeled and priced as new. We went directly to the source for a new battery for our EJoe Epik Swan ebike, paying full price, as opposed to getting aftermarket brands at half the cost. What we received was a heavily used (very scuffed up), battery with a broken connector, and broken warranty stickers. I pointed its condition out to them immediately with pictures. Sold me a used bike rack that wasn't advertised as used. I infomred them when I received the rack and they acknowledged that it was a mistake and acknowledged that what i bought was NOT advertised as used. Rather than wait for a lengthy return/exchange i agreed for a partial refund and one replacement part of the rack that was heavily damaged. I received my replacement part, but no refund and the company has since stopped answering my messages.
