Sold me a used bike rack that wasn't advertised as used. I infomred them when I received the rack and they acknowledged that it was a mistake and acknowledged that what i bought was NOT advertised as used. Rather than wait for a lengthy return/exchange i agreed for a partial refund and one replacement part of the rack that was heavily damaged. I received my replacement part, but no refund and the company has since stopped answering my messages.
What a gem! This place has varieties of models and sizes of bikes to choose. It's a fun buying experience especially with such a friendly and honest service. Keep up the good work!
