Today I had a grumpy lady who gave me the worse massage I have had in my life. Masseuse complained my body was not relaxed (isn’t this why I am having a massage?) and said she would only use medium pressure because of this. Non stop complaining about my body throughout the massage and hit my ears with hot stones which hurt. I informed the owner that the massage was horrible at the end and she said sorry and she would talk to the masseuse who was actually standing outside the clinic to avoid seeing me leave.
