We will take extreme precision with any form of electric bikes and motorbikes. Absolutely pathetic. Unless u want to buy a $4000 bike off them they not interested in fixing yor own ebike. Don't answer a single call. Make u leave a message. Promise to come fix a bike with day and time with u. Then don't turn up and don't answer yor calls and texts. !!
Dee is an absolute legend, a very dedicated and knowledgable guy about ebike and his work. I came with pedal assist problem, he was able quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Very affordable price with superb ebike servicing. Thumbs up for the dude. Good luck with your business mate :)
Day the owner is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about e bikes, his service and patience was a big deal for me, he took the time to answer all my questions and set me up with with everything I needed to get started. Really enjoying the bike I purchased from E extreme, Daydyn and Michael are experts at what they do. They took the time to run me through all the options and explain everything properly which made the process so much easier than buying online. Lots of custom upgrades available on hand, great prices on bikes and parts compared to other local bike shops.
