Sam at the Brooksville shop was very nice and took his time explaining everything! Great bike shop!
The whole experience was great from the time we walked in the door through the pickup of our new bikes. Shawn was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the bikes and different options. When we walked in we knew nothing about e-bikes and was just looking to get some information so we could make an informed decision. We had a great experience at E Cycle Adventures. They are knowledgeable and helpful in making sure you get the right bike. We're glad we went.
Had an issue with my son’s bike brakes that I couldn’t fix myself. I called around to a few shops, but most wouldn’t even look at the bike because of the brand. When I reached out to E Cycle Adventures, they told me to bring it in so they could at least take a look. One day later, the bike was back on the road—problem solved—and the repair cost was very reasonable. Super friendly staff, great service. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them!
Very friendly staff. Sean & Sam were helpful in finding my new Cannondale Adventure 2 bike and getting it set up. Well worth the drive from SW Ocala.
