Bought $80 worth of pods from Noah for the system I have used for a year. He was very kind and helpful. I got home and something was faulty with 4 of them. I went in today and the guy working was a condescending little punk. He wouldn't help me problem-solve or give me any ideas of what might have gone wrong with them. Simply said he won't be giving me a refund for them. When I asked him who the owner was he said the owner wasn't going to care and that he only comes in 4 or 5 minutes a week... Came here to buy a couple new mod set ups and walked in with my kids (age 2 and 4) and I was told my kids needed to wait outside. Um yeah, like I’m going to leave them outside or in the car. Staff is always so rude and never even acknowledges your presence in the store. Will never ever take my business here again, even if it’s my last resort.
They let you try out the vape samples before you buy. They are very patient with you to see which ones you like. The prices do seem reasonable for what they offer in a 30ml bottle.
