The owner is an absolute gentleman. He is super attentive, always willing to help, and provides a great vape buyers experience. The atmosphere is also one of a kind. When I'm in E-Cig City I feel just as comfortable as I do sitting in my own home. There are usually people hanging out and it's always a great crowd. I find myself going there to sit down at my computer instead of going to Starbucks like the masses.
