I opened a new checking account with this FCU, because I thought it would be very easy transition. It was until it wasn't. Some hotshot did some internal audit of my newly open checking account, created a new checking account I did not authorize and completely messed up both checking accounts. Ny money was moved, money was taken from my savings to cover overdraft withdrawals that should have never been overdrafted because sufficient money was in the original checking account set up in May'26.
