Do yourself a big favor and open your bank account somewhere else or else you will regret. I had read all the bad reviews prior to open mine and thought it would not affect me. Wrong. They put your account on hold for no reason. When you try to pay someone they tell you to call Zelle, but you call Zelle and it turns out it is just E-central freezing your funds. Then you need to call them, which takes regularly 10 to 15 mins to get to speak with someone that is regularly not nice at all, and they tell you that it is Zelle, bu... read more
Second time I went to the Pasadena location to deposit money on the weekend and and the ATM wasn't working. Why isn't the CU notified when the ATM breaks down and a service company can go out and make the repairs.
