I appreciate their attentive customer service every time I walk in. When my account has suspicious activity they connect with me immediately.

I have used E Central Credit Union for car loans in the past and they have done a great job on the loan. Also, when I go into their location for banking services they are quick and friendly.
The customer service representatives over the phone are pretty rude. They cut you off and keep it short. I was charged an overdraft fee for something I had already canceled. The company refunded me the money since it was their fault on their end,and credit union won't refund me the overdraft fee. In the past they honored it when it was my fault,so this time they said they won't refund it even though the money wasn't supposed to be charged
I love the fact that it has a co-op ATM Network
