They were supposed to be here at 5:15am, the driver just called, "Are you still going to your appointment?" ... Yes "Okay, I won't be there till 6:10" Mind you my appointment was set to 6am. & He calls at 5:28. I have kids, I can't wake them up & wait on a slow driver. I've never had to use this company before, & I'll be damned if I have to use them again. Thanks a lot BCBS.

I ONLY GAVE IT 5 STARS SO IT WOULD PUT IT AT THE TOP— I know the pick up time after the appointment can be up to an hour.. but before hand? This company picks me up and hour before my pick up time. I’ve left so many voicemails for the company, no returned calls. And even the one time I did talk on the phone with them, they still screwed up my pick up time. I mean come on. Driver arrived at 12;:21 p.m. for a scheduled 11:30 pick up, Receptionist called the floor that patient was on to bring him down. Patient was escorted down at 12:27p.m. and the driver was gone. When we called the company said the driver said he waited for for 25 minutes and had to leave. We have cameras so just out of curiousity I looked at the cameras to see how long he had waited. 5 and 1/2 minutes is how long he waited for a senior citizen to be escorted down.
