We live two hours out of town and assumed it would be difficult to get help with a service issue. The staff knew the issue I was reporting, found the needed parts, and walked me through the repair with an in-house unit as an example. They are awesome! They now have a customer for life when I need to replace or upgrade my generator. They made me and my issue feel important.
Would not recommend. Kevin Lee is very in professional.
