If I could give a -5 star review it would be more representative of how I feel about this place. Don't buy from them. We had purchased 6 wood shelves a couple of years ago as part of a kitchen project and there were issues with E. Braun Farm Tables then. Last year, we needed a couple more shelves to match, so we decided (against our better judgement) to order them from E. Braun Farm Tables in spite of our previous experience. Is this even a legittimate business? We went in the store in June, we visited the laboratory where they build forniture, we met (??) the owner’s son who was working on forniture, we got a tour of the facility, loved a table and ordered it made to our specification. Put 50% deposit down on a credit card (smart choice!). Expected delivery middle of September. We were promised pictures and updates along the way, and never received them. Run away from this place. I have asked for a quote on furniture multiple times only to be told that "it will be here next week". It never happened. I have called multiple times, only to be told that it is in process. This is over months, not weeks. Called the owner directly with no response, at all. None. If you want to be disappointed by a furniture company this is the place to go. If you want to actually have furniture made for you go somewhere else. I cannot stress enough that this is the wrong place to do business.

I have had a terrible experience with my attempt to work with this very highly recommended store. Because I live about an hour or so from this location, I took off work to go there in person and look at dining tables. I did call in advance and ask if I needed an appointment, and was told no, walk-ins were fine. I arrived in accordance with the stores opening hours on a Friday morning, and the store was closed and locked, even with a gigantic “open” sign in the window. I waited, no one arrived. My name is Luis Johnson, and I bought a dining set from Easton, in one of my trips to PA (I live in FL). I have no words to say how great of a service we had from him. Unfortunately, our table got damaged during the shipping, and Easton went above and beyond to contact the shipping company and have our table fixed. I am happy, and gratefully writing this review sitting on my beautiful chair and enjoying my set. I can’t wait until I have the chance to order from him again
