Worst experience, worst service. All business minded and terrible people.
Horrible service. I rented a bike and once I gave it back they didn’t refund the full bond. I try messaging but they don’t answer the phone. Also the service provided at the store was terrible, a big asian guy kept laughing and taking everything as a joke trying to add charges. Don’t rent bikes from here, it looks cheap but once you add the bad experience and the share of the bond they keep without giving any reason it turns to be the most expensive store in Sydney and with the worst customer service
