The short story is terrible service on a car stereo replacement. Here are the low moments: - Initial order had errors such that the original cost was no longer valid. This was due to compatibility issues that other retailers like Crutchfield have solved already. Friendly staff with lots of personality, all of them show their experience well with how they speak and carry themselves, you can tell they know their stuff when it comes to aftermarket accessories. Very good electric bike selection across all 3 store locations as well!

Spent a few hours at the shop talking to Jordan, Aidan and Andre who walked me through the intricacies of PPF installation process and showed me the car they were wrapping at the time. The quality of their work is impeccable, they take pride in their reputation and don't cut corners.
Derand is a great place. I've bought 2 electric motorcycles from them now and their service is exceptional.
