I recently replaced the tire on my Wolf King GTR that had been damaged elsewhere. The team at Derand was knowledgeable and completed the replacement in just two hours! I am very satisfied with their excellent service and would highly recommend.
BUYER BEWARE!!: This is the only location in the entire city that will work on certain aspects of e-bikes as it was stated they are the only Derrand with a lift, if you can't deliver it yourself good luck getting anything repaired. Been getting the run around for over 3 weeks as to why it can't be picked up after having being told multiple times a date of pick up. Would not recommend buying one of these bikes unless you can do all the repairs yourself. Hands down one of the worst customer experiences i've had with a company.... read more
