Excelllent service
I wanted to say how much I appreciated Raphael's assistance this past week. His customer service went above and beyond. I received a Car Starter for Christmas and was having a difficult time finding someone to install it. Not only did he install it that very day but when I experienced an issue when I got home, he came right away to resolve the issue. Thank you Derand and Thank you Raphael :-)
It was my second time using Derand to install an auto start on my vehicles. They do a great job however I do wish I had researched the product a little more in advance do you understand its capabilities or perhaps they could have asked me which accessories I wanted hooked up.
