Staff is unprofessional , and unknowledgeable about their pricing (that seems to change by the day) Had my car windows tinted by them 10 months ago then unfortunately had to replace a window. After inquiring about the price to have one window tinted again I was told $50 and after making an appointment to have it tinted the price jumped. We bought 3 emmo city scooters last year and my wifes cousin has emmo monster e scooter we bought new batteries for the bike and had a loose wire went greated us openly and fixed it no problem and no charge very friendly store easy to get there also thank you andre
We just drove 2 1/2 hours to look at e-bikes. Derands website made us feel that they had a good selection of brands and we were hoping they were knowledgeable to help us understand our needs better. We were not disappointed! They took their time, explaining the differences in features and let us drive a few different ones to get the right fit. We left buying 4 bikes and are very confident in our purchases. Cannot wait to get riding!
