I had a great experience with Jim finding the right bike for my size 6'2" and application of what I want to use it for(more dirt roads, sandy areas, and snow ) also one that I felt comfortable and safe on, so happy to have a local dealer of Aventon bikes in town to handle all my toon ups and maintenance needs. I am now the proud owner of a Aventon Sinch and in 3 days I already have 60 miles on the bike and I'm still smiling ear to ear
