Great service
The staff was super friendly and the e-bikes we rented were the best e-bikes we have ever rented! Very good quality bikes, loved the experience, definitely coming back!
They charge $30 per hour to rent an e-bike!! Go to CUSOS BIKES on state street and rentals are $17 per hour! All bikes are like new! Including a helmet a lock and a map at no extra charge!!
The bikes are fine, the service was good out the door but they use these stupid fold-up locks. I had trouble getting it locked, then when I tried to unlock it the key just snapped off. I had to sit around for 30 minutes for a guy to come remove the broken key and search for a backup key. I was no longer in the mood to deal with this bike any longer so I returned it early. Bikes were amazing and the service was even better! Really recommend getting bikes to get around-makes it so much easier and convenient to get around. We got great recommendations for places to go when getting the bikes too!! Highly recommend!
